Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made through the Cowgirl Gathering Art Show 2025, hosted by Cowgirl Artists of America (CGA).

All artwork featured in the show is original and has been juried into the exhibition.
Artwork is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
All sales are final unless one of the return conditions (see below) is met.

Purchased artwork will be shipped directly from the artist to the buyer.
Artists are required to ship artwork within 7 business days of the purchase confirmation from CGA to the Artist.
Buyers will receive tracking information once the item has shipped.

If your artwork arrives damaged:
- Notify CGA at info@cowgirlartistsofamerica.org within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Include detailed photographs of the damage and the packaging.
- Retain all original packaging materials.
- The artwork must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
CGA will work with you to arrange a refund or coordinate with the artist for a possible repair, depending on your preference and the condition of the work.

If you feel the artwork was significantly misrepresented in the listing (e.g., major differences in appearance or materials):
- You must notify CGA within 24 hours of receipt.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- CGA will review each case and determine eligibility for a return.

If you connect with an artist through the Cowgirl Gathering Art Show and decide to make a purchase after the show has ended, we kindly ask that you mention that the connection was made through CGA. This helps us continue providing valuable opportunities for artists and collectors.
